I was trying to do something very unusual. I was attempting to create a private VPN using two identical routers. Evan said that it wasn't really the sort of thing that he usually did, but he was very helpful with his advice and he referred me to a friend of his who was more experienced in that niche. I very much appreciated his willingness to talk with me and his referral. Definitely will come back if I have any other issues.
Spoke to Evan on the phone for a bit and even though I could barely describe my issue he was able to point me in the direction that eventually fixed my BIOS issues. Thank you so much brother! Will recommend everyone to here and him.
Came to get a battery replaced in my laptop. After talking with them, they encouraged me to just buy a new computer. I appreciated this honesty and not trying to just get a buck without a repair being in the best interest of the customer.
