While we have worked with PITC for a short while, they have consistently impressed. Their team is committed to providing top quality service at an affordable rate. Their team has gone above and beyond to understand the nuances of our IT infrastructure. This attention to detail has lead to positive feedback from the least and most technical members of our team. Precision IT is always able to work with us and figure out our problems based on non IT descriptions and come up with a solution. They make sure our issues are resolved in a timely manner and we always feel as if we are their main priority.
PITC saved the day with a last minute phone consultation walking me through what was needed to get our internet back up and running for a leadership retreat at our office which had been closed (and internet shut down) for COVID - Sam and Carlos, appreciate your patient and effective support!
