I'll let you be the judge. In my opinion, he's pretty shady. Gave an estimate that was very reasonable, but then, it was one thing after another...it ended up costing very nearly as much as I paid for the brand new Laptop!

Unlike the previous posters I had a very good experience here at this computer repair shop. I've been to other computer repair shops like this and they pretty much look the same with lots of parts strewn about but what are usually find is a very knowledgeable person to help me find supplies for rebuilding my computer. I needed a PC fan with very precise specifications and I wanted something used for reasonable price. Henry spent about a half hour digging up supplies both used and new to help me find what I was looking for he was extremely patient and I found his knowledge of English to be great. Like when working with any other business person I would definitely negotiate the price and be clear you know what you're getting before committing to any type of repair.
