Last week the smart hub on my TV stopped working, leaving me with no access to Netflix, Prime, Pandora, etc., while sheltering in place. I had no idea if my TV was worth repairing or if I needed to purchase a new one. Since most stores were closed and/or not answering their telephones due to the shelter in place issue, I was unable to go into a store to compare models and/or talk to an employee. Luckily, I telephones Master Techs in Vallejo and spoke with an employee named John, who was extremely helpful.
