“After spending over five hours with online tech support services with no successful resolution of the many issues on my Asus laptop, I discovered Berkeley Laptop Repair. They picked up my laptop. I was very pleased with how they kept troubleshooting the various issues that popped up due to the unsuccessful fixes by former techs on antivirus, speakers, zoom, windows, and screen pad. They contacted me several times to update their progress and explain their next procedures. When they returned the laptop, all the issues had been successfully resolved. I felt like I had a new computer! And for all the time that was needed to untangle the issues, their price was very reasonable. I would definitely use them again, and refer them to my friends.“

Because my lap top wouldn't would not work, he gave me his 15+ year vintage ergonomic Microsoft keyboard which synced up fine. I had to insist that he let me pay him. Super nice guy ! JT Orinda“

“hey this guy definitely knows his stuff. i took in my first pc build because it just stopped connecting to my monitor. It may seem shifty but it is totally a legit thing. it ended up being my memory sticks that just weren't pushed in enough (silly me). Call the guy and set up an appointment. Hes very nice and very professional about everything. I paid $35 for it which is cheaper than any big name place would quote you. Very great and would go back to him if i have any more issues in the future.“

He doesn't have to oversell anything, other than what I asked for. I am very glad to find him still serving my area. His rate is very reasonable, does great work and trustworthy.
