“Dr. Mock helped me understand my frustrations with my vision better than any other doctor I've seen. From my perspective, having a giant swirly mass floating in my field of vision drives me nuts and has ruined my ability to ski (drama!). Every other doctor I've seen has blown me off as it's "no big deal." Dr. Mock explained to me in a "a patient first" way why I have to live with my first world problem. Other doctors have left me frustrated with the sense that I'm too stupid to understand why my problem can't be fixed. He is a very good doctor.“

“Dr. Respicio has been taking are of us since 1998ish. We started with him in Daly City and now receive care in Hercules. We moved to Nevada 3 years ago and have continued to make the drive to see him because there really is not a better eye doctor on the planet. I can't say enough great things about Dr. Respicio, his office, his staff, everything is top notch. I tried someplace else last year, closer to home, highly recommended, etc. I will be driving the 3.5 hours until Dr. Respicio retires.“

“Dr. Chan is excellent. The reason I'm giving 4 stars and not 5 has to do with the front staff. I was told that my insurance would cover part of the cost for a pair of sunglasses and I was quoted a price. The staff member then encouraged me to wait until my annual appointment to purchase them (so my benefit could be applied). However, when I got done with the appointment one month later and was ready to purchase the glasses, another staff member said I had to pay full price. When I explained this to the staff member who had originally quoted me the price (she had even encouraged me to put the glasses on hold), she said she "did not remember" ever quoting me the discounted price. I should have asked for the quote in writing. I will be doing this from now on and I would definitely advise others to do the same. I would hope that the front staff is more clear in the future. Furthermore, I would hope that they don't "forget" details promised.“

“I was fitted with several pairs of glasses that I needed after a long time. Catherine Lemos is great because she knows so much about the products she sells. The cost of these glasses was high only because I chose a pair that cost more. They do have a lower cost frame, but I wanted lighter weight, style, and a lot of perks for the lenses, which adds to the cost. I am quite happy with the glass frames and lenses she sold me. Be sure to ask for the nose covering that utilitizes silicone around the nose piece.“

“I have been an established patient at the EyeSite Optometry, Concord location, headed by Dr. Pham and her care team for several years. I trust her as a doctor, someone who is skilled, honest, and concerned about my personal health care needs. If a referral to another specialist is indicated, she gets it done. She keeps me informed of my care plans and tests results. She listens to my concerns and addresses them.

Two of Dr. Pham’s staff of 3 are new from a year ago. One who I have not met before let me in the office for my 9/25/24 appointment. She met me with a courteous, friendly, and welcoming demeanor. After I checked in, I was informed about a preliminary eye test that had to be performed before seeing the Optometrist. The same staff member performed the test, proficiently and swiftly, I might add. Then she advised me to have a seat and wait for my name to be called. In a few minutes, the Dr. was ready for me.

This appointment was without time wasted. I found the office staff to be professional, knowledgeable of what has to be done, and technically savvy that made for expeditious quality time, I liked the continuous dialogue that existed as it kept me informed of what to expect next. There were no delays with the processes of checking in and checking out, processing new prescriptions, making F/U appts., eye testing, and technicalities.

She always understands what I'm looking for and is so kind in helping me pick frames (which takes me two trips sometimes so her patience is amazing lol) and is great at explaining why certain frames will or won't work with progressive lenses for your face shape. I never feel rushed with Vidi and feel like I'm talking with an old friend. She also answers all my insurance questions in a way that's clear and easy to understand.
