“We just finished remodeling three bathrooms with Green Bay Remodeling in San Rafael and are very happy with the results. Our Project Manager, Noy Sharvit, was highly knowledgeable and
committed to insuring we got what we wanted and was very much on top of things on a nearly daily basis. Perhaps the most valuable aspect of the services we got from Green Bay was Noy taking me shopping to different stores to buy what we needed for the job. He made sure I bought things that would work for us, look good, and were of good quality that would last. He was never overbearing with his suggestions and always open to my wishes and taste, but it was a great comfort to me to know that he wasn't going to let me make mistakes or decisions I may regret later. All permits were handled with great efficiency.

His construction crew, led by Francisco Corona, was very friendly, polite, tidy, hard-working and highly skilled in their work. They showed up every day right on time. Any small problems were dealt with quickly and creatively, and their only concern was that my husband and I were happy.

We did the first two bathrooms together and the third bathroom a couple of weeks later. In both cases they finished before their original estimated completion date.

Of the three estimates we got for the remodels, Green Bay Remodeling was the middle range estimate. Bathroom remodeling is expensive, but our new bathrooms turned out even better than we'd expected.

I can honestly say that this was a trouble-free, anxiety-free experience. From day one to completion, I always knew Noy and Francisco were going to take care of us, and they did. I'm so grateful to them and to Green Bay for running a tight and honorable ship.“

“An HVAC tech checked out my house and found ducts wrapped in asbestos. The ducts were damaged and exposed and the tech told me I had to remove them before work can be done. (Asbestos is banned and causes lung cancer) Reached out to Andrew contractors and Frank had the most rates. His crew was professional and helpful. Best thing I like about Frank is that he reached out and offer me home improvement advice even at no gain to himself. Through him I found a good HVAC contractor who was very responsive and and did a great job working on my home. I highly recommend going with Frank as he seems to pride himself in taking care of his customers.“

“The entire AGC team is incredible. My wife and I did a full gut remodel/rebuild on a 1912 house in San Francisco. We took the entire house down to the studs and then moved and replaced all the studs. To say we were terrified is a complete understatement. We talked to several GC's, and were referred to Aaron Gordon by our architect. He stood out from the start, and there was really no question who we'd go with after meeting with him and running through his process. He broke down and explained every aspect of the project, and priced out the entire thing in advance. And this wasn't a rough ballpark quote like you get from most GCs, it was down to every detail. We were always in the loop on every aspect of the project. We had bi-weekly onsite check ins, and they provided weekly summaries of work completed and what was on the schedule for the coming week. We were never in the dark.Most importantly, I am happy to say now that the project is over, there were no surprises, and they finished on time and on budget (slightly below actually). That's quite an accomplishment considering the scope of work involved. Their quality is top notch, and the entire team is 100% professional. Not to mention they are just genuinely really good people. They would repeatedly go above and beyond what's expected. Just as one example (to which there are many), right when we moved in we tried to start garbage service through Recology and have bins sent to our house. Unfortunately Recology was hacked and their systems were down for weeks. We had nowhere to put our garbage, so the AGC team swung by several weeks in a row to literally pick up our personal garbage, just as a courtesy until we finally got bins sent to us. I could rattle off countless examples, but I just wanted to highlight the level of service they provide. I was flat out impressed at how they conducted themselves both professionally and personally.This whole thing could have been so stressful, but the team ensured it never got to that point. I dare say it was even enjoyable. It was amazing to watch our home transform knowing it was in good hands. I have zero hesitation recommending them to anyone starting a new project. They are as good as it gets, and they will be our go to for all our future needs. So happy we were referred to AGC.“

“This is long overdue! Or, Navaz, Juan, and their did a phenomenal job remodeling the entire inside of our home. We did a full kitchen and bathrooms gut/remodel, restructured the flow of the back half of our home, added a laundry closet, and redid the bedroom closets to be more efficient. Navaz was our main point of contact and he was very attentive, ensuring that we were well informed along the way. They were able to stay (mostly) on time and budget, even with some unexpected updates that were necessary due to age of the building.The quality of installation for our cabinetry, electrical, plumbing, or flooring were excellent. As we have lived in the home over the past few months, we have noticed things that needed to be updated, and Navaz and Or have made sure to send out a crew and fix these things, and they have also stopped by to ensure we are happy.When I first signed with them, I am unsure if the reviews were legit but truly, the work is top notch. “I was referred to AJO Group by my neighbor who recommended them highly for our soft story retrofit. I’ve had different contractors over the years for various major projects. AJO is the best contracting group I have worked with, starting with Giuseppe the owner/engineer, to the responsive and efficient office manager, to the punctual and friendly work crew.Giuseppe always greets you with professionalism, yet is personable, and is very knowledgeable explaining procedures clearly and concisely. AJO is a one-stop shop taking care of permitting, inspections, and all aspects of the construction. Everything went smoothly and was stress free for me. They took care of everything. New carpeting and other upgrades to the unit affected was put in, and the office manager worked closely with me on the timing of ordering and installation.I was on site often and Giuseppe always communicated what had been completed, what was being worked on, and what was the next step.I had a significant sewer issue just before the retrofit started.
