“Pagan Construction went above and beyond on our kitchen, living and dining room remodel over the last year. We just received our final inspection approval and are thrilled with the result and the entire process! Brad led our project and was a caring guide throughout the journey, always responsive and fair and letting us know what to expect (even when we encountered the unexpected -- like previous owner's DIY electrical, foundation issues, and structural challenges). Ed's complementary design, architectural and creative skills were also helpful as we brought our vision to life. It felt like we had a partner in the process as opposed to just a GC. Their crew was also a delight, which is really important to consider given they're going to be in your house so much. I worked from home the majority of the ~8month demo and construction process and got to know the team well. “I bought a Valor gas insert here 9 years ago. It's worked great until recently I had trouble shutting it down. I called Hearth and Home and Scott helped me determine the most likely cause over the phone...the receiver, which needs to be replaced every 7 years on average. I came into the store and he showed me how to remove it and change it out with a new one myself, saving me an expensive service visit. I successfully changed it out and it's working perfectly again. This store sells a great product with wonderful customer service!“

“We couldn’t be happier with the new bathroom Green Bay built for us. And the process of getting it done was a surprisingly pleasant journey.To start, we worked with Green Bay to develop the plan and select the finishes. They put together a working plan, and then a 3D model (with our finish materials included) which helpedus understand what the bathroom would look like before the work started.Once the work started, the crew showed up every day, on time. They worked hard, cleaned up as they worked, then left everything in order at the end of the day. The guys were friendly,polite, and thoughtful - one even went to the end street to smoke. As for the work, the framing, plumbing, and electrical, were all well done, and the tile person is an artist.The Green Bay Project Manager checked in regularly to see how the work was going, and to see how we were doing. When issues came up - as they always do - the PM saw to it that they were resolved quickly and that we were pleased with the resolution. For example, when the planned extra-wide shampoo niche wouldn’t fit, he worked with the crew to squeeze in 2niches and then made sure we approved the design before moving forward with the work.This was a tricky job; a tiny space inside a 120-year-old house (nothing level or square), a tight timeline, and a demanding homeowner. Green Bay did a great job and we couldn’t be happier.“
