“BERNIE IS THE BEST! My water heater started leaking, called Bernie and he walked me through the steps for the warranty.
He showed up super fast, disconnected, drained and removed the old water heater. Took it to Hone Depot, got the new one, came back, installed it, replaced the old hoses, secured the heater, waited to make sure everything was working, cleaned the area and even took the box and trash from the old and new heaters.
All that, while being super friendly and professional. Answered all of my questions with ease.

“Update 6/17/26:

I had to use their service again today to install a new garbage disposal. Somehow I turned on the garbage disposal and left it running for approximately ten hours without realizing it until late evening when I saw the disposal switch in the active position. No clue how or why I did that.

I purchased an identical disposal via Amazon for same day delivery and scheduled with Power Pro Plumbing for next day.

Alex E. arrived at 9:00 this morning and had the garbage disposal switched out within twenty minutes. He was definitely quick and got the job done right away.

I had to replace the garbage disposal at the condo in L.A. I knew the prior owners did some very shoddy work. The disposal stop working a lot of the time and smoke would appear. The sink would always leak. Finally, I caved-in and purchased a new garbage disposal from Home Depot the other day. Juan did a great job removing the old disposal and installing the new one today. He informed me of some issues with the tubing/piping under the sink which I already knew from past issues. I informed him that the last person to install or repair the sink prior to me did some very subpar work. Juan was very cool and fixed the issue. I will have them check-out the other sinks in the condo within the next few weeks.“
