“Zoe is a brilliant trainer. She's always present and pays close attention to my form and rhythm of execution. Subtle changes can make a huge difference and her precious feedback has allowed me to see results like never before.
Her personal training is also versatile. I had a rib injury and a surgery last winter and she was able to properly adapt our workouts. Not only did I maintain my gains, I also continued making progress despite my limitations.
I've had 2 good trainers in the past, but it's with Zoe that I've seen the best results while also enjoying and looking forward to every session.“

As a beginner yogi, her instructions were incredibly calm and clear, and I left the room feeling absolutely rejuvenated and ready for my day. Not to mention Anita’s truly powerful singing voice to begin and close the session!! Also had my first experience with a cold plunge and sauna, and WHAT an experience it was. I feel so alive after my visit at North Ray! Thank you Anita and staff!“

2359 Fair Park Ave, Los Angeles“Magic is real and this man is a very very real wizard. I had my right leg lengthened eight times as a child and consequently have had chronic pain, peripheral neuropathy and compensation patterns that make it very difficult to concentrate, breathe, sleep, or plan beyond the next 3-5 days— without me needing to say any of that, Jack put hands directly onto the persistent thorn in my side, released it with what I can only describe as lasers coming out of his fingers, and then proceeded to put the rest of my bones back into place. My hips move, my eyeballs track, my heel is in contact with the ground. There are elements of massage and osteopathy but there’s something else that’s in a league of its own— it was so effective for me that I’m now making life moves to study it formally. You will not find this kind of healing easily anywhere else. Go see Jack, he will cure what ails you.“

4688 N Eagle Rock Blvd, Los Angeles“5 stars
I had the pleasure of completing Jamie and Robert’s multi-day in-person and online sound bowl and gong training in Pasadena, and it was truly transformative.
What made this training stand out was the beautiful balance between big-picture philosophy and practical mastery. Jamie and Robert taught us not just how to play, but the art of delivering a powerful sound bath—how to structure the beginning, middle, and end, the thoughtful use of notes and concepts, and how everything fits together. They grounded these ideas through live demonstrations using crystal singing bowls, an impressive collection of gongs, rainsticks, gong tubes, and more. The majority of our time was spent developing real muscle memory and precise mallet techniques for both gongs and bowls, giving me the physical confidence I was seeking.
Equally meaningful was the deeply personal way Jamie and Robert engaged with each of us. They genuinely cared about every student’s individual experience, could intuitively understand how we were feeling the instruments and instruction, and offered thoughtful, tailored guidance. I left with both the muscle memory and the big-picture understanding I needed to create high-quality sound bath experiences. If you’re looking for instructors who combine exceptional skill, thoughtful teaching, and genuine care for their students, I cannot recommend Jamie and Robert highly enough.
— Roberta“

“I can’t say enough wonderful things about Marna. I reached out to her as I passed my estimated due date and the possibility of induction was brought up by my OB. My goal was to have an unmediated birth so at the recommendation of my hypnobirthing instructor, I booked a reflexology session with Marna to see if we could get things moving.
She arrived and her spirit made me feel completely at ease before our session even began. The reflexology appointment did so much good, completely relaxed me and (no exaggeration) took down my ankle swelling by 90%! The next day I had a big release of emotion and a huge urge to organize anything and everything and the day after that my water broke in the very early morning!
My labor in hospital went quickly and well and so did my delivery. Marna’s work delivered that extra nudge my body needed to get going on its own. Without question, I would recommend her to any woman approaching her time to give birth and would absolutely want to work with her again myself next time I’m pregnant!“
