This is a great family company that cares deeply about service and customer satisfaction. We hired them to clean two rugs and two sectionals. The rugs came out beautifully- it was so cool to see the overhead video of the cleaning and what a difference it made! Despite their obvious efforts, the sectionals didn’t quite show the improvement we were hoping for at first. When I communicated that to Oscar, he not only came back to give them an incredibly thorough second-cleaning, but also thanked me for alerting him, since it can be hard to see the final result when the upholstery is still wet. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Marna. I reached out to her as I passed my estimated due date and the possibility of induction was brought up by my OB. My goal was to have an unmediated birth so at the recommendation of my hypnobirthing instructor, I booked a reflexology session with Marna to see if we could get things moving.
She arrived and her spirit made me feel completely at ease before our session even began. The reflexology appointment did so much good, completely relaxed me and (no exaggeration) took down my ankle swelling by 90%! The next day I had a big release of emotion and a huge urge to organize anything and everything and the day after that my water broke in the very early morning!
My labor in hospital went quickly and well and so did my delivery. Marna’s work delivered that extra nudge my body needed to get going on its own. Without question, I would recommend her to any woman approaching her time to give birth and would absolutely want to work with her again myself next time I’m pregnant!

We love Wet Paws! My big guy Deuce is a German Shepherd male. He has chronic skin issues and needs a wash about every two weeks. My friend Kyle and I have been desperately looking for a place to bathe him properly because every Groomer that I've taken him to has not been able to take care of his skin issue. We use the private space that they have for bigger dogs and it has been a godsend. The facility is packed with everything you need even though I bring my own shampoo and supplies. We just call ahead of time to make sure that there is no grooming taking place in that room for everybody's convenience. Thank you again to Kate and the staff at wet paws Deuce, Kyle and I are so grateful!

I recently had a workshop upgrade at my home in Altadena and needed the walls insulated, drywall installed, electrical, lights etc., and I am so thankful that I found JM Handyman Services! Of course I had a laundry list of things to do and was quoted a reasonable price and time frame of only 2 weeks so I agreed to go ahead with the work.Jack and Mike showed up promptly everyday rain or shine making huge accomplishments before I could even turn my coffee maker on. Everything about this job went smoothly as expected with incredible attention to detail. Also, both Jack and his father Mike have great personalities and are really easy going nice guys. In the beginning, everything was nicely prepped and all of the floor covered. Electrical work got knocked out pretty much the first day followed by the insulation. His drywall installers worked through the whole day and got their work done nicely. Raphael, the painter, came out the following day, from early in the morning until almost 8:30 pm at night when it was freezing outside and completed his work very nicely.I am in complete amazement of how fast and clean the job was completed. Another thing to note.. I’m really happy with how everything turned out! The electrician came within the hour for the lighting installation I needed and even gave me a heads-up call before showing up. He knew what he was doing, knocked the job out in a couple of hours, and even shared some tips on maintenance. Definitely recommending them!

I went in for a full experience. The experience was great from beginning to end. Ron was great. He gave me exactly what I asked for plus a shampoo.
We used Grueter Construction for a total home remodel and could not be happier with our outcome. We lived in our home while this was being accomplished so we had daily interaction with Joe and his team. We found Joe Grueter to be knowledgeable, very professional, a perfectionist to the extreme, and very client-friendly in making certain we were satisfied with the outcome of his work. He graciously and promptly fixed any issues that came up--and there were very few of those. He managed our complete project using only top-notch professionals that matched his perfectionist goals. Our married daughter and husband also used him to remodel several areas of their home and found his services and their experiences to be equal to ours. We would recommend him to anyone who wants quality workmanship and care to every detail.
This gym is always clean and well kept. Machines are always available at any time of the day, night, or weekend. Air quality feels fresh and clean. I love the beautiful sunlight always shining through the window. Nice open space. And I love the fact that the women's bathroom has its own sauna and showers. The bathroom is always clean as well!

OMGosh! I went here for the first time and from now on it’ll be the only place I’ll go. It was difficult to find thanks to WAZE, but if you can believe it Ana called me back to ask if I was lost and guided me in. I accidentally smudged the pinkie nail and she immediately repaired it without scolding me! The salon was clean and had a lovely aroma and calming music. I got a neck and hand massage all for only $20.00 plus tax. They allowed me to add the tip onto my credit card. Everyone in the salon was friendly including other clients. It made my day! I was tired of the expensive bad manicures in Sierra Madre!

We recently switched to Altadena pet hospital for our two dogs and two cats and we really love it. We used to go to a vet in echo park that while they had so many five star reviews, it felt like everytime we went we were seeing new doctors and having to re-explain our pets medical history. It also always felt like they cared more about the money than the well being of our pets. Dr. Sahi is very knowledgeable and friendly. Our cat has some chronic health issues and he has been very attentive with him - researching alternative treatment routes and finding the right path for him. He also will only recommend something if it's truly worth doing for your pet, rather than trying to upsell you unnecessary or risky treatment. They are a small town vet, so the waiting room is small, parking lot is small, and sometimes there is a longer wait to see the doctor - but I've always experienced great customer service and a super friendly staff. Anytime I call I am on hold for no more than a few minutes if at all - which is very rare for vets in this area. One of our dogs is also very nervous and dog reactive. They said he can wait in the car until his appointment time and then use the side entrance to avoid seeing other pups which we love. I talked to a few folks in the waiting room and one couple had been coming there for 13 years, and the other couple 10 years. That was a huge selling point for us!
