taylor was amazing to work with. i thought there might be a plumbing leak affecting my pool and spa lines, so my regular service provider suggested i call a leak detection and plumbing team to inspect everything. taylor came out to check both systems, tested the lines carefully, and stayed focused until he found the source of the problem and explained what plumbing repair was needed to fix it. he arrived on time, had a great attitude, and clearly knows leak detection work very well. taylor was polite, respectful, and professional the whole time, and he made the process easy to understand. i highly recommend him for pool, spa, and plumbing leak services in Altadena.
This was an unusual review to write, but I still wanted to share it. I did not end up needing service from Casey & Sons Plumbing & Electric, but based on the phone help I received, I would gladly call them for any future plumbing work. I had water rushing into my driveway from the main water line on a Saturday and needed the line shut off and capped quickly. Manuel answered the phone within minutes and was very helpful. He explained that they were fully booked, gave me the names of two other plumbers to try, and even talked me through a possible plumbing solution.
