“I recently had a new 50 gallon tank water heater installed by Sweetwater, after obtaining three quotes. They gave me the best price and promptly installed a quality product. Unfortunately, we had a problem and it took a several trips to diagnose and correct it. But John (owner) was very responsive and took full responsibility. Turned out the internal baffle (vent) had dislodged (probably during shipping), which is not common. Long story short, John came out to our house himself, found the problem and fixed it. Very satisfied and would recommend this company.“

“like another reviewer, our apartment building has had nothing but ISSUES….we’ve had our kitchen sink filling up with nasty water with food, harmful cleaning products, general nastiness MULTIPLE times. we have a young infant whose bottles and my pump parts i keep in our sink so tell me why i woke up to both sides of my kitchen sink filled to the very top with my baby’s bottle parts floating in this truly digusting, foul water!!! the day before memorial day!!! and of course the complex maintainance sent me to voicemail via the emergency number?

however! today, after the regular maintainance guy came with a snake too short, the management called out advanced plumbing solutions who sent us andrew asap and he did an incredible job. fixed it, cleaned up after himself, was very kind and accomodating with my young baby having to nap and he was incredibly cautious about making noise. luckily my baby will sleep through the shop vac lol! andrew was awesome, chatted with us/kept us company while he worked and fixed the issue with the quickness!

“Exceptional customer service!!! Following two expensive slab leaks under the foundation of my property, I decided it was time to do a full re-pipe. I called Allison plumbing for a quote. I had used them in the past for an unrelated project on a different property and I had been very happy with their work. I submitted a price quote request online and Johnny promptly reached out to find out what was going on. He asked questions about the problem and I shared the history of the previous slab leak which occurred just 8 months prior. Johnny said he could help and the next step would be for someone to come out to assess the project. The following day, Darrell contacted me to say that he would be taking a look at the property to see what could be done. He arrived promptly to the appointment and he took a detailed look at the house. After his assessment, he went over everything with me. He was clear and transparent about the challenges involved in such a large-scale project. I'm a detail oriented person and I ask a lot of questions.
