“I recently went to the Urgent Care clinic after having difficulty making an appointment with my PCP...the entire experience was great. I got right into triage, saw a doctor and had lab work done within an hour. Although it turned out not to be something that was resolved during my visit, I felt like I was treated with compassion and skill by both the nurse and doctor. “The staff at Orinda Urgent care were amazing and so nice and very professional. I had cut my finger and need stitches. We arrived at 7:50 pm and they close at 8:00. They brought us in, took X-rays and the Dr stitched my finger. They were wonderful!!!!“

“I can’t say enough great things about Lake Merritt Dental! Tia and Dr. Ivy were absolutely fantastic. I came in for multiple root canals, and they took care of me right away with such care and professionalism. Both of these ladies are so gracious and calming, which made all the difference for me while sitting in the dentist’s chair. They truly go above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable. This is officially my new favorite dentist, and I couldn’t be happier with the work they’ve done on my teeth. Highly recommend!“

“Very pleased. Place was very clean, check in staff were very kind. The M.A was great and had an upbeat calming way, the Dr. was very thorough with her exam. She ordered an EKG & an X-Ray, breathing treatment and listened to before and after. The wait time for us being a walk in was max 20 minutes or so, so not bad at all. More than reasonable. Overall from the beginning to the cleanliness to the great medical staff. I’d happy recommend them. And I’m one that watches the little things-;)“

“What a great experience! I have been sick as a dog and needed to go to urgent care to get some relief from my symptoms. Everybody at the facility in Orinda was amazing, competent, caring, and thorough. I am highly impressed! Sauna, who was the person at the front desk was super helpful and clearly explained the process for me to see someone. I came in with a very bad cough and cold and because these could be signs of Covid, she explained that I needed to be seen outdoors by the staff. All I had to do is drive around to the back parking lot where they had set up tents for the staff to see the patients.. Stephanie was the intake nurse and she was great. And probably the biggest shout out should go to Dr. Bueno. He was super thorough and insisted I get a chest x-ray to rule out pneumonia, and wanted me to get a strep throat culture taken as well as Covid test. Within a very short time, all my tests were completed and the results came back. Dr. Bueno got me prescriptions to alleviate my symptoms. He is a fantastic doctor and was very reassuring that I would be on the road to recovery soon. Not that I wanna be sick, but if I am again, I will definitely go back to Sutter urgent care in Orinda,.“

“This is probably the first time I’ve used “delightful” to describe an urgent care experience! I came here because it was the only place within walking distance that could tell me if a lump in my shoulder was infected. The check-in process was mostly done via a link texted to me on my phone, and was pretty easy to complete. The receptionist was professional and helpful. It took about 15 minutes for me to be seen with two other people in the waiting area. The physicians assistant was warm and attentive, and the doctor I saw was personable and lovely. He quickly diagnosed my issue and prescribed me the required medication, along with a pill to help me should I develop a yeast infection from the side effects (most doctors make women jump through hoops to get this type of medication but he said he grew up with four sisters so he understood the hassle and wanted to get ahead of it just in case). After taking care of my physical health, he turned to face me and asked me a series of questions about how my mental health was, whether I felt safe in my home, had privacy, and whether anyone was abusing or taking advantage of me. He went above and beyond to make me feel cared for, and I enjoyed his small talk. I only paid $30 for my copay with insurance. Hopefully I won’t need to go back, but I won’t mind it next time I do!“

“The lady at the front desk was very sweet and patient as well as the nurses and doctors. 10/10 visit. The doctor took his time and did not rush our visit, he even looked up photos to help our understanding with our issue. Thank you guys again for all your help!“

“I spent 45 minutes this morning trying to find another urgent care clinic that was covered by my daughters Medi-Cal plan, just because of the miserable reviews of this urgent care. Finally we went in, and we had a great experience. Check-in staff was super nice and helpful and got us in as a walk/in appointment instantly. Nurse was very friendly with my 3-year-old and skilled at testing kids. Dr. Shic came in and explained the test results and we were on our way.“

“Good except do not rely on them after 430. They do not take patients after this time. The closing time SHOULD BE UPDATED by GOOGLE to 4:30 PLEASE!!!! SOMEONE COULD DIE!“

“Noticed terrible reviews. Those reviews are regarding the health center. Attended the optometry at the Tang Center for the first time and had no issues. The receptionist was present upon entry. Nice facility overall. I usually am seen at the Meredith location. Tang had an earlier appointment date and I'm glad I accepted.“
