The service at the counter was not particularly friendly. I felt as though my opinion did not matter and that I just had to follow instructions. Yesterday I lost my card at this Urgen Care LifeLong center, I called and the person told me it wasn't an emergency room and hung up on me. I went back to the center at 4:30 p.m. and they told me they had closed at 3:45 p.m. Very bad experience.
I came in for a TB test for employment. When I called the day before around 5:30pm, the receptionist abruptly told me they were closed when I just had a general question. When I came in the next day, I realized it was the same person. Her demeanor felt dismissive, like she wasn’t interested in helping patients. The only time I heard her use a pleasant tone was when she was speaking with a coworker.

Phone rep.had a little hasty attitude but in person she had a better verbal communication. The Dr.DID NOT resolve me issue.he misdiagnosed me.i clearly showed him that I had an infection and he REFUSED TO GIVE ME ANTIBIOTICS TO CLEAR UP THE Infection.the medicine he prescribed to me I never recieved it due to the pharmacy telling me that it had to be ordered.and I NEVER heard back from the pharmacy even when I went back to the pharmacy still no meds.given.
