Quick service, they saw me immediately without much of a waiting time. The diagnosis was however not carried out there and I was referred to ER. I didn't understand what's the point of urgent care if they can't assist with diagnosis exams and anyways need to refer to ER!!?
I recently went to the Urgent Care clinic after having difficulty making an appointment with my PCP...the entire experience was great. I got right into triage, saw a doctor and had lab work done within an hour. Although it turned out not to be something that was resolved during my visit, I felt like I was treated with compassion and skill by both the nurse and doctor. Positive experience within the Sutter Health Care system.
