Pharmacy and lab staff have been rude to me. The affordable prices kinda make up for it, but I still think they should exercise kindness. The different departments don't seem to communicate with each other, and you have to send a message to each individual department if you want anything done. I've had overwhelmingly positive experiences with PC and optometry, and would give them 5 stars if I could.
lots of good resources here - free massage chairs, the school regularly hands out HOF that can be used to purchase OTC drugs for free, etc. overall a great place with friendly staff
Had a great experience at the optometry clinic - the student optometrist was extremely thorough and attentive, and my prescription was checked over by a supervising physician. The appointment setup and check-in process was pleasant and smooth with the front desk, and they also very kindly helped me with my glasses frames
