I dealt with uneven heating in my home for almost 10 years, my bedrooms were always around 15–16°C in the winter, no matter what I tried. I had a couple of people come take a look over the years, and it always seemed like there was no real solution.

I had a heat pump + high-efficiency furnace installed by another HVAC company in early spring 2025. When colder weather arrived, the furnace stopped working. The original company came twice and couldn’t fix it — then stopped answering my calls. A second company also couldn’t diagnose the issue and even suggested a full reinstall on a system that was only a few months old.
Then Kyle showed up.
