Our affiliate is a wonderful community space. Small, yet mighty. Jordan, the owner and head coach, is truly excellent. He's seen a lot over the years and been through the evolution of the sport (CrossFit). He's incredibly thoughtful and knows what works, and what is important, for our community. Opus is a unique place and Jordan and his team create all gym programming themselves. I really admire this about them. Their starting point is understanding what we're all here for, in Whistler. Things like skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, cycling, running… recreational, and pro-level. These pursuits are top of mind when they're creating our programming.It’s also important to note that working out at Opus is for EVERYONE. All workouts are infinitely scalable which means anyone can be a part of any class, at all times.I am in my sixth year as a member and have seen such a transformation in my mental and physical health. Opus, its coaches and members, is a very important pillar of my everyday life. I have met some of my best friends in this space and am grateful beyond measure for the privilege I have to take part.

I was visiting from out of town and woke up Friday morning with an issue that would have left me completely stranded over the weekend. Despite it being same day, these guys got me in within a few hours, got the parts, and got the issue fixed by just after lunch. In addition, they were super friendly, professional, and fairly priced. I can't recommend them enough.

As owners of a condo in Whistler, our last guest had accidently jammed the key box which is the only access to the building and suite. We were a bit stressed trying to correct this issue, in the end we needed Alpine lock to help us. DAVE went over and above to help us! Showed us how to reprogram our locks in the suite as well, making a stressful situation much easier! Highly recommend!

I had been contemplating laser hair removal for years but finally committer after meeting Sally! I had horrible razor burn and painful in grown hairs for so long but now after 4 sessions I barely have any hair! It has been the most liberating thing and I only wish I did it sooner. Sally is incredible and I would highly recommend anyone go to her! She is professional and kind and while the experience can be quiet painful (only for the hour, afterwards it is completely fine) she helps you through it! If you are considering laser hair removal definitely go to Sally!

Called at 830 for a water heater replacement. There was no answer so I hung up and tried somewhere else. Soon after, Carol called back based on the missed call and got rolling on the issue. Within 30 minutes she had confirmed that our tank was under warranty and had scheduled the replacement by Jake later that day. It was all done very professionally. Meanwhile, 5 days later, I am still getting credit card authorization emails from their competitor, whose dispatcher never did call me. Go with Wedgeview!
Kerry is great. I went in with 3 sore areas. She not only fixed these areas but found and fixed lot more. She told me she has been practicing for 20 years but it is easy to see her point of difference is her commitment to give her all. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.Thankyou Kerry.

Fairmont Whistler is definitely a must stay for when you ski or just visit whistler. I stayed in the alpine room with mountain view. The hotel did a wonderful job at making sure everything was perfect. The sms service is the best way to communicate with the hotel. Response time is very quick. The welcome gift of strawberries and macaroons definitely started the stay off just right. The staff always sent a text if I need anything else. The room was super clean, the bed was the most comfortable ever. I really liked the bedsheets. Usually it takes a while for me to fall asleep but not at the fairmont. One thing though that was a bit frustrating was the room air circulation fan. It had a rumble to it. Luckily it turns off once in a while lol. The restaurants were all amazing. Really enjoyed the grill room and breakfast at mayflower. The buffet was just a perfect blend of everything needed to make your breakfast dreams come to reality. The spa itself is good. I'm a family man myself but did not come with the squad this time due to work restrictions but I would definitely bring my kids here. I was really amazed on how kid friendly the spa/pool area is. The only thing lacking was a good quality cold plunge after sauna / steam / barrel saunas. Even a bucket that auto fills after pulling a rope would be grand. In summary the staff at the fairmont are all very friendly and eager to make your stay the best possible. Will definitely be back !

I have been going Michelle for acupuncture for a while now & love her amazing & diverse expertise about the body. Recently, I had the blood analysis, which I would also highly recommend.It is amazing to see your live blood cells under microscope, and sit with Michelle as she carefully explains the whole world of information hiding in your blood.Do yourself a favour and get a blood analysis!

I went here for the day with a few friends, and there was no better way to spend it. We had such a relaxing experience, lots of variety and space for different activities (saunas, steam rooms, hot pools, cold plunges, and waterfalls, silent relaxation rooms, etc). There is lots to do, we spent about six hours here and I could have stayed longer if I could. The views are beautiful and I love the push to be silent and disconnected from the internet, it made the experience much more peaceful. The staff are all helpful and friendly, the place is super clean and organized. I’ll definitely be coming back!Nearby activities: Whistler village is very close by, so there’s lots to do nearby!
A bit pricey but worth the location, heritage and hospitality. We went for a couple massage and were taken care of by two excellent masseuses. We left feeling refreshed and energized! Oils used in massage had a lovely scent that really helped us relax.
Nice course....a bit pricey for the time of year and we didnt get a break on the price because they just punched and sanded the greens nor did they inform us....other than that l had a great day

I stayed at the Pan Pacific Whistler Mountainside for 1 night from December 2nd to 3rd. The price was pretty decent for the location and service of the hotel. I paid $309 on Expedia. The location is excellent as it is right next to the Excalibur, Whistler Village Gondolas. This makes it great for skiers and snowboarders. I had a nice time skiing in the resort. There is dedicated storage area for ski gear. The hot tub and pool were also nice for cozying up after a long day of skiing. This hotel is located pretty close to many restaurants as well, highly recommend for the location. The service was also great. The front desk staff checked me in at 9:00AM to put my luggage. This alone earns them 5 stars. The rooms were good but not amazing. Cleanliness was very good and air conditioning was also nice. The downside is the size of the room being so small that by the time you pull out both the queen murphy bed and queen sofa bed, there's no space in the room at all. Comfort of the bed was good, not the most comfortable one I've slept in but definitely not the worst.
This was the perfect hotel for our family. The 1 bedroom suite was just what we needed with a 6&8 year old. The breakfast buffet had something for everyone’s liking. The ski lockers at the mountainside hotel made mornings and evenings so much easier. We used the pool and hot tubs everyday. The service was outstanding. Only wish is that there was a washer/dryer in the room but you can’t have it all ;) We will absolutely stay there again when we return.

When I lived in Whistler I only used Whistler Automotive due to their complete transparency, punctuality and professional work.I was having an issue with my VW, which I took to my local Pemberton garage (apparently a European car specialist…) and with diagnosis (wrongly the first time) and their recommended work, they cost me $700 before recommending what the issue could be. I lost trust in them and went back to Dennis at Whistler Automotive, who charged $180 to diagnose it with confidence. The Pemberton garage quoted $1250, and Whistler Automotive quoted $770. Turns out a bit more work was involved than both had quoted, but Whistler Automotive ordered the parts needed and got me running again.There are a few garages who I have trust with, and this is absolutely one of them. I couldn’t recommend these guys highly enough.

Had two front shocks + control arm & 3 u joints replaced at robs auto shop (+winter tyre install). The work was reasonably priced & done to a high standard! Didn’t have a single issue with the car & it got us around the Canadian Rockies safely. Robs was the only place in town that could get the job done within the week. Appreciate all the work they did for us & would highly recommend their services.
Despite the masseur leaving the room twice, once to turn down the (not so good) guitar music that suddenly got louder, the massage was great! Having had 1,000's of massages, I was surprised to experience several new moves/strokes that felt very good. Then after waiting to pay (quite a bit) while she chatted with a friend on the phone, I tipped her for her expertise.
