Spa was super relaxing and the whole facility was so peaceful. The massage was fantastic. Loved going from hot (sauna, steam, hot tub) to cold pools. Really felt refreshed when we left. Being a book to read in between hot/cold loops.
Told about this from my RMT and was blown away. Can’t wait to return. People were considerate when I was there - no talking. Hanging stuff up properly. It made the experience wonderful. Was tidy when I went (midweek in August early afternoon to 5pm).
Really enjoyed the steam rooms and hot and cold pools. The journey of hot, cold and rest was easy to do. Spacious, we were never sitting on top of each other. I really struggled with the no talking, especially outside in the pools. And it was very hard not to giggle when someone first entered a cold pool - that first gasp is hilarious. The diverse lounge chairs and beds were enjoyable. Staff came around with samples of smoothies and chocolate brownies. My restorative massage with Edward was amazing!!! The overall cost was a little steep. $658 for two massages and the pools, saunas and steam rooms. The bathrooms/change rooms were clean and nice. They supply a nice body...read full review
