Great service, lady on the phone is always prompt, knowledgeable and supportive. The team are always great when they come in and help with all our problems. Todd replaced a leaky faucet today, efficient, helpful and provided a great service.
I had an issue with the gas fireplace not igniting when using the remote. New batteries were put into the remote and the controller in the firebox - did not work. John came on short notice and had the problem resolved in 30 minutes. John and his staff are personable and professional. I highly recommend Spearhead Plumbing.
We had a hot water tank blow at our house. It was 8pm when it went and the next morning we had Spearhead come and do the replacement. Angus was the guy for the job and he came in and fixed it promptly. The tank was in a tight area and I thought we were going to have to remove the stacked washer/dryer, but Angus was able to make it work. He was very polite and professional during his time at our house. We were home the whole time and we were not disturbed at all with him making the repair.
