Just had Whistler Mechanical install a new hot water tank in my townhouse last week. This is a great company! Jordan(office manager) was an absolute pleasure to deal with over the phone and got a plumber booked for the small job within a week! Pierre the technician who installed the tank was professional, knowledgable and very friendly. Best service in town hands down.. Thank you Whis Mechanical!

I had a leak in my building and these folks put me on their emergency stand by list and the next morning one of their plumbers and the owner attended and tracked the issue down and resolved it. What a relief that they were so intuitive with the issue.Service: Plumbing pipe repair

I have found Whistler Mechanical to be a very reliable mechanical services company over many many years (since 1995). They communicate well. They schedule and show up on time. Their technicians are collaborative. Their prices are competitive. And, they have an excellent relationship with the Property Manager who is our 'man on the ground' in our strata property when plumbing issues arise. In addition, my two most recent experiences (a proactive water heater replacement, and a reactive fix of an unrelated drain line blockage problem) were both quickly and thoroughly handled by their Technician Paul, who proved to be skilled, collaborative and effective.
