I worked with Modern Concept Contracting on a new home for wonderful clients in Squamish and their collaborative energy and attention to detail and budget made the entire design and construction process a relaxed experience for all involved. Jamie led us through a 3 year project that took many twists and turns as it spanned COVID which had many challenges including shortages in materials and people power. The MCC team navigated everything with professionalism, open communication and excellence. It was a long and arduous process but we came away with a wonderful house we love and great new friends. Not many can say that they still have Friday drinks long after project completion, but we can ! Thanks Jamie…. 10/10.
