I give this spa a 5 star . I found them very professional and classy.Roblynn was my massage therapist andwow she’s amazing. I had booked the 90 min massage and tbh the beginning to end was incredible . I felt so relaxed but most importantly my muscles felt brand new. Thank you . I will be back.

I always have a good experience at the Vida Spa whenever I stay at the Fairmont Chateau. But today’s deep tissue massage was exceptional that I’m writing my first review for the Spa. Susanna really listened and catered the massage to address my back pain needs, was super receptive to feedback regarding firmness, and provided a great tips at the end on how to manage pain. That was one of the best massages I’ve had in a while - and that’s coming from someone who gets frequent massages due to chronic office-worker back pain. Hope to be back soon! great experience. had a brow and lash tint for the first time, and now i’m hooked! the lady was amazing that took care of me but i can’t remember her name ! great place would go again
