Jim and his great team of Joshua, Scott and Brad did an awesome job of significantly reducing the height of my yellowwood tree. They were able to keep the beautiful rounded shape of the tree (not an easy task when they were forced to use their boom platform positioned on a kind neighbour’s parking spot). Beyond their highly professional skills as arborists, they were kind and patient - answering my questions and alleviating my concerns. I was very impressed with the quality of their work and their reasonable rates.

I really don’t want to write this review because I’d love to keep this place my little secret, but I know that wouldn’t be fair! I absolutely love this salon, and my stylist, Tanya Read, has been taking care of my hair for over four years now. I have no desire to go anywhere else.
Tanya is always friendly, professional, and helpful, with great recommendations. Her shampoos are amazing—I often find myself nearly falling asleep! But the best part is her colouring and cutting skills—they’re simply excellent. She takes the time to understand what you might like and then gives her honest opinion, which I truly respect.
If you’re looking for a new stylist, I can’t recommend Tanya enough… even if I wish she could stay my secret!

I have been going here for a couple years now, and have never been given a reason to even think about going elsewhere. I only visit every 6 months, or so, and Kelsy has done my last 4 or 5 cuts. She always takes care to make sure I don't have any wayward hairs. Her Ultimate MVP experience is most excellent (and has actually improved). I will continue to visit here and recommend them to anyone.

Such an amazing store a MUST to shop here . They have all sizes (plus gal here ) and they make you feel like you are the most important person . Great selection in swim wear , towels , sun screen (you HAVE to get some sun bum - smells awesome !! ) bags and gifts. It’s my first store to buy from for gifts. I cannot recommend her enough! For the longest time, I struggled to find someone who truly understood what I wanted for my hair. I have Asian hair, and getting the right blonde shade can be very challenging, but she completely understood my vision from the beginning. She listened carefully, explained everything, and did her absolute best to achieve the color I wanted.
She spent 6–7 hours working on my hair with so much patience and dedication, making sure every step was done properly so my hair stayed healthy while reaching the blonde tone I was dreaming of. The result turned out beautiful, and I couldn’t be happier.
What I appreciate the most is how much effort and care she put into making sure my hair looked perfect just in time for my birthday. That meant so much to me! You can really tell she cares about her clients and takes pride in her work.

I needed to get all my HVAC replaced along with extra sheet metal and asked four different companies for the quotes.
Sam and CE were the only ones to include the extra sheet metal on a separate quote like all were asked to do.
The price was extremely competitive with one other but the extra step Sam took was what I needed. When I met Sam he sat with me and my wife, explained all 5 different types of systems (with and without heat pumps). Sam Knew the equipment and explained how CE carries most of the parts needed for when service calls come in which a big deal to know that you are looked after when needed.

Smith & Sons Coldstream helped knock down a leaning chimney on our old house here in East Hill. They did a great job, did it safely, and cleaned up after the demolition was done. Max gave us an estimate and proceeded to do the work on time and within budget. We’re very happy.

Alex has done a fantastic job in eradicating a mouse issue at our place in the Shuswap. It took the knowledge of Alex to determine the potential areas of ingress around the exterior of the property to determine and propose a fix. Best $ spent and so far mouse free the past number of weeks plus the backing of the warranty and a few more return visits. Really good service and results to date!
We had a great experience with Cody and his service. He was punctual, listened to what our problems were (with ants, wasps and spiders) and delivered treatment above and beyond. All the staff were incredibly accommodating to my circumstances while travelling with my pup from out of town. They took her for 2 nights and gauging by her smile when I picked her up she had a great time and was well taken care of. Communication throughout her stay was great, daily updates how she was settling in ok and interacting with the other dogs.

I have a very fearful pup who was rescued 6 months ago. Scared of everyone except the groomers a Wet Spot apparently. Such calm energy. They even let her sister stay with her as emotional support. They do an amazing job with the groom as well as nail trim. Worth every penny. Love that they have an online booking system now as well.
We take our young lab puppy Murphy to them for nails everytime they have been awesome this last time our boy was more scared as going through adolescence, they let us leave him there to check out the whole shop well we went and did a errand and came back to make it feel positive for him again! This was my first experience at Tidal and it was lovely and incredibly professional. Lana is one of the most intuitive and skilled massage therapists I’ve had the pleasure of being treated by. I have an inflammatory arthritis/autoimmune condition. She knew exactly what I needed most that day even on our first session.

I brought my 10 year old to see Tess. Tess was exceptional. She created a safe place for my daughter to relax and enjoy the massage. Tess went over how the massage will work, how she will undress the blanket and let her know that she can stop the massage at any time she needs to. Thank you Tess for creating such a beautiful 1st time massage experience for my daughter.

Erika is absolutely the best RMT. The owner is lovely, the space itself is beautiful and so relaxing! They use really cozy comfortable linens for the tables, and it’s a nice touch to be able to pick a scent for your massage if you choose! This is an excellent location to get treatment.
