“I have only just restarted my yoga practice after several years off, and have been to Inner Light for a few visits. This is a nice space, quite large, with lots of good light. The heating/cooling seems unobtrusive, but I haven't been there in the cold of Winter or the heat of Summer, yet. I have met Myra and Stella, both good teachers, friendly and supportive. Lots of yoga equipment available if you forget your mat or something. I'm happy to be there.“

I really appreciate her great customer service and willingness to help between visits tp answer questions. She does not leave your worried or hanging. She is amazing.“
