My 9-yr old has been struggling with her moods lately. Today she had a meltdown and it seemed like the whole night was going to be off. It was the evening I had her first massage ever- booked with Tracy Jaques. Someone I trust, as she has done work on my body. I already knew she was respectful, professional, empathetic, trustworthy, gentle, experienced, and reliable. My daughter, already a little nervous/anxious, felt comfortable within the first 5 minutes. After the massage it was like she was a different person. This shift maintained throughout the evening and my daughter could not stop saying how much it helped her and she would like to do it more often. This is also a girl that’s very sensitive to touch and has a lot of bottled up emotions. I can’t wait to see the benefits to come. I will 100% be taking both of my children to Tracy again. Even my 6 yr old was showing benefits. He let out a huge sigh with vagus nerve activation (on his ears) and she even demonstrated how he can use this skill on himself to help himself relax. I can’t recommend it enough for your children! Everyone at Tidal is absolutely amazing! Best massage clinic in town.
