“This is a great reliable company, every years they service my Furnace and Gas Fireplace, I had a mini crisis Saturday Evening and one of their Technicians ( Slavic) walked me through the process of getting heating back, via telephone. Their patience and Tech knowhow is amazing. They scheduled me for a follow-up home visit this morning. Kjel did a thorough investigation today and made minor adjustments. I highly recommend Air Tech and these two Technicians and commend them for their Great service, Air Tech is my go to centre for Heating, Cooling and green energy service ,in and around Vernon. “My family and I had a CO2 alarm go off at my house this morning. Once the fire department cleared the home I called Ace to come take a look at my furnace. Alvin (from Ace) was exceptional to deal with. He responded quickly, was extremely knowledgable and helped put my mind to rest. From my experience some companies try to up-sell in situations like this. That wasn’t the case here. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a knowledgable, ethical, and professional company.“
