They came this week and installed a new hot water tank in my place, and the guy was super knowledgeable, he answered every question I had, super nice, he worked with speed, and efficiency, great costumer service is obviously a top priority for them. As well as the price was lower than any other company by almost $500! I’d highly recommend them, and I will definitely tell my friends and family about them!

I used Bertelsen Plumbing to quote on removing a tankless water heater, install a new gas furnace, as well as a new air conditioner. A date was established for doing the job, and just as promised they were here at 9:00 am on the set date. The workmanship was top quality, the job site left clean, and you will not find anyone more efficient. The quote for the job was very fair compared to other quotes. Bertelsen sent a worker to the job (sorry to say I forgot his name) who was was so knowledgeable, so skilled, and so efficient. I can’t say enough about the excellent service and workmanship. We had a plugged kitchen sink. Bertelsen Plumbing was quick to respond (the next day they were here), the serviceman, Jerry, was polite and explained what he was doing. It took 2 hours to fix and he stayed after he was supposed to be off duty, to ensure that we had a functioning sink for the weekend . Thanks!
