Booked an appointment, received a confirmation. Arrived for my appointment on time to find no one at the spa. Building owner upstairs confirms no esthetician is there. Called multiple times to their spa number that went directly to voicemail. Was excited for my first ever pedicure, definitely won't forget this lack of an experience.

i had such an amazing time today! Warm greeting, great conversation, delicious and i mean delicious baked treats! excellent mani and pedi topped off with a wonderfully relaxing facial. i would recommend Solace to anyone needing a little "me" time

When I booked my consultation with Zsuzsanna I was informed about all the different types of treatments and services that she offered and was amazed on how she was able to pin point the proper treatments that i needed. Here shop is beautiful and makes you feel very relaxed and comfortable. I left there feeling very relaxed and my body felt great. She is a true professional and she has a life long client in me. I highly recommend her services. Solace Authentic European Day Spa is the best in the Okanagan!
