Smith & Sons Coldstream helped knock down a leaning chimney on our old house here in East Hill. They did a great job, did it safely, and cleaned up after the demolition was done. Max gave us an estimate and proceeded to do the work on time and within budget. We’re very happy.

Smith and Sons was amazing to work with. Max was great each time we met, and he provided great insight to the process. Jed and Jacob were amazing to work with as well their attention to detail is second to none, and they provided ideas that I didn't think of as the project went on, on how they would do it if it was their home. When I brought up add on's during the project there was no hesitation they got it done. Even with add on's and a few changes the quote was right on the money which was a relief as I wanted the changes but didn't know what the add on's would cost.
