I also had a handful of lip injections here. The Dr has a great bedside manner, and he advocates for a natural look. My first appointment was thorough and comprehensive. For my follow-up sessions, however, the visits felt very brief (around 5 minutes), which ultimately left me with some long-term lumpiness and an uneven balance in my upper lip. It didn't seem like past injection mapping was referenced, so my advice to prospective clients is not to assume past details are in the chart; be very explicit about what you want each time!
One time there was a front desk miscommunication that was a bit costly, but when I addressed it, they handled it professionally and made things right.
