The heating/cooling seems unobtrusive, but I haven't been there in the cold of Winter or the heat of Summer, yet. I have met Myra and Stella, both good teachers, friendly and supportive. Lots of yoga equipment available if you forget your mat or something. I'm happy to be there.“
