This was my first time at Bloom, I had Samantha and I loved the results of my hair cut. She really took the time to listen and make sure I was getting what I wanted, and the environment was clean, kind and very welcoming!
Came back to this salon after 8 years living elsewhere and I’m so happy. I previously had my hair cut by Katie and she was great. Since she was unavailable I booked in with Katryce and it was perfect. The cut is better than I imagined and love the loose waves she added. I didn’t want to wash my hair it looked so good. Happy to make the drive from Kelowna to come here. Reception is also so friendly. Thank you!
