Ask for Tim.He was professional and he went above and beyond for us in repairing our kitchen sink and pipes. He also took the time to explain every part of the process. We had a serious issue that would have been far worse but thanks to Tim's patience and his years of experience were resolved to the highest standard. Had a great experience with Mr Rooter today, had a suprise very clogged tenant kitchen drain, called Mr Rooter answering service and the wonderful lady gave me a quick quote range and promptly dispatched their technician Noor to our house. Arrived in less than one hour and fixed the problem very quickly and efficiently. The cost was within expection, reasonable and professionally done. Highly recommended
