Steve is extremely knowledgeable, caring and honest. Even though I did not wind up going with this company, he remained professional and courteous at all times. It is very rare to find someone who has such much pride in their work.

Had no heat or hot water. Roto-Rooter did their best to try and get someone over to sort us out, but it was late and they didn't have anyone immediately available. They lined me up with another vendor who did a great job.
