The Doggy Lounge is amazing. My dog Winnie loves going there weekly. Their dayschool program is amazing and she has learned so much. They are such wonderful people! Very accommodating, easy to communicate with, and so kind! Winnie also has been groomed there for her very first time and the results were amazing!! This was a gift for myself and Trish was wonderful! As I have became older, my hair and skin colour had altered to a degree that I was no longer confident in how my makeup looked. We don’t realize how something rather simple can impact us emotionally. Trish listened and heard me…with empathy and respect. She has restored my confidence and made our time together both instructive and fun!! No rush was involved -it was very relaxing. Her knowledge of proper products and their application was extensive. Jeremy of Marmot Lawn & Garden worked on our backyard jungle and did a fantastic job. He did beautiful work and we changed some ideas on the go with suggestions from Jeremy and they all made it look better. We are so happy and will definitely keep Marmot in mind for all further work we need done. We could not believe how meticulous Jeremy was, making sure everything was perfect and it came out perfect. We heard about LTS from our General contractor. He said they stand behind there work and if there are any issues LTS would take care of them.
So we decided to move forward with LTS. There quote was not the lowest but we liked the ongoing support.
When the job was Finnish we really like the work they did in replacing the kitchen cabinets. They look great and we are very happy the the final completion of the project.

Jon is an absolute game changer for my life. This is not an understatement. I originally went to see him because I'd tried 4+ physios and a dozen RMT's with NO noticeable longterm improvement to chronic and severe hip pain.
I have a complex medical history for a 43-year-old. 20+ years of rheumatoid arthritis has damaged most of my joints. Something triggered my hip and I was starting to consider a hip replacement after going through 3+ years of chronic pain. It was interfering with my sleep, my work and my joy.
After one session I was noticeably improved and after a month, it was down to a 1/10 on the pain scale most of the time. It's now been a few months of treatment and the difference is incredible. If you are someone with longterm and/or chronic muscoskeletal issues, see him. He addresses your entire body as a system. I haven't felt this good for a very long time. Most of my days are pain free.

I am beyond delighted by the work and services that Tim provided! I called in the morning to ask if he sharpened knives and scissors, then took them straight over to his place. I took my dog for a walk, and by the time I got home, he was done. He made my knives the sharpest they have ever been! Yowsa! I had the dullest bread knife on the planet, but now it cuts through a crusty loaf like a hot knife through butter. My favorite chef's knife had a broken tip, and Tim fixed it and it works absolutely perfectly, now! Thank you so much, Tim!

Cara came to quickly hook up our hot tub last October, only to discover things hadn’t been done properly before. Cara was amazing and super helpful. She’s great at her profession but also wants to help her customers. I’m sure Cara could of hosed us, but she didn’t! She honest, professional, knowledgeable, and super kind.

I felt so relieved after my session—I could really feel the deep tissue release. It had been 3 years since my last massage, and I came in with an injured elbow. She took the time to properly assess and treat it, and I can already feel a big difference.

Cracked radiator and other. First I was given a precise (no fluff/unnecessary extras - we've all been down that road) estimate.
Mechanics not only fixed it up but did it via warranty (labor included) i was unaware of - they handled it without me. Honesty you dont see alot of these days!
Afterwards did an excellent job showing me exactly what they did (Rob) - true professionals with all attempts to save me $.

Aron and his crew took down a ginormous and precarious rotting hemlock on a hilly part of my property. Like magic that behemoth came down in the best possible spot while my neighbour stood watching in awe from her deck (and probably ensuring it didn't land on her roof). The tree was cut into rounds as I requested and the mess cleaned up and chipped. Legendary comes highly recommended.
We had a frightening experience driving home from Port Renfrew when we slid off the road in the snow. Worried about leaving our vehicle overnight, we contacted BCAA and Sooke Towing. Despite how busy they must have been with all the snowfall on the island, the process was surprisingly smooth. I want to give special thanks to Mark for his outstanding customer service. Sooke Auto Detailing went above and beyond to help remediate a flood disaster in my daughters car. The drain hose was cracked and the car filled with water on the inside during the recent atmospheric river. Aiden made sure the car was clean and dry and remediated any issues we might have with mold etc. Highly recommend and they were very accomodating!
