I would like to give a huge "thank you" to Zack and Marty, I was 100% impressed with the hot water tank replacement in my suite today. It started with the small pump and water hose to help drain the tank quickly, a very smart, thoughtful, proactive way to get the job startedBoth gentlemen were very approachable, absolute professionals while doing their jobs; they kept me informed on all the tasks that were being performed; and they answered all of my less than intelligent plumbing questions in the simplest terms. Not only were they quick and communicative but they came in as the cheaper option.Barry and Bryan were friendly, involved me through every step, asked for my input where possible, and they cleaned up after themselves.

Like too many other homeowners I had the misfortune to have burst water pipes from the recent cold snap. Fortunately for me, my usual plumber was unavailable, the company I called was too busy, and they recommended Homewise Plumbing.From my initial call until my problem was fixed the communication from the office was terrific. There were road and weather conditions from a storm that needed to be worked around, and I feel that they went above and beyond to make sure that I had running water just as soon as possible.Both Marty and Dave were very pleasant and willing to share their knowledge while they worked fast and efficiently.
