Brian, owner and operator of SP Pump and Tanks retuned our calls promptly. He showed up as scheduled and had the right equipment. He pumped out our septic tank and made some suggestions. These were fixed by him. He was courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. Very reasonably priced for all the work he did. I would highly recommend his business to others. Den
I've worked in customer service for 35 years. I was very impressed with both Anita, who took my booking, provided the quote (for a septic pump out and the hourly rate for the labour for a float removal and installation) and Ryan, the tech who came to the site.Ryan clearly has loads of experience and it showed with this tricky pump out of a 1970's home. Access was a challenge as was the task itself. Ryan communicated well with his office when he realized my job was going to run long and that it would be impacting others who were booked after me that day. He stayed late until the job was complete. The site was left spotless.Thank-you Anita and Ryan.
Called Brian on a Saturday morning and he sent Dave out to pump our septic tank a few hours later. Dave was extremely helpful, pumped our tank and helped me make sure the toilets were flushing properly again and that our issue was solved. These guys are awesome! Highly recommended!
