This was first acupuncture appointment and I really enjoyed it. Xiole was very welcoming and answered all my questions and was great at explaining the process and what’s she was doing. I made the appointment to help with tightness in my shoulders and neck and I left feeling lighter, less tense, and pretty amazing. I’ll definitely be going back.

I have now had two sessions with Xiole, and both very wonderful. Dealing with months of constant tennis elbow pain, after my first visit with Xiole I actually have days where I feel no pain at all now! Highly recommend her to anyone!

I had my very first appt with Xiole today and she was wonderful. Both acupuncture and cupping were proper, felt good and relaxed my body. I’ve liked the best the fact that you are explained every single step of treatment before taken and she always checks with you if you are comfortable at all times. Today I have learnt a lot about Chinese medicine.Thank you, Xiole, I can hardly wait to come back for another session!
