After hearing great things about Jonathan I decided to try him out for my first time lower back issues I was having . I was unable to stand for any amount of time and my work is standing 100% as a Barber . After a thorough going over I was given a regimen of exercises which I did faithfully and I’m happy to report I no longer have the issues I had !! Thank you for the experienced personal plan that worked for me and the ongoing therapy I now am doing to strengthen my core and get me back out in the world which I had missed due to a sedentary lifestyle while my back was in so much pain ! Feeling good about your results can make for a happier me with losing over 65 lbs now and still continuing !!
