Alicia is a seriously amazing massage therapist. She consistently puts in time above and beyond the appointment, researching ways to help that extend beyond your massage treatment. She always has ideas for stretches that can be supportive and really cares about supporting your health and wellness. Massages with her are always super relaxing and I always feel so much better after a massage with her.

This summer I went here due to a back injury that happened 3 years ago. I did try chiro elsewhere but got nowhere. I thought I’d give here a shot as my back was killing me at work. My first appointment with Dr. Jef we had a thorough conversation about my history and what caused this injury in the first place. He made sure had all the information on me so he can see the bigger picture. He then discussed what he thought was going on. And possible routes based on how things go. I've been going to Coastal Roots for a number of years for incredible massages and more recently have been going consistently for acupuncture treatments.I was skeptical, but hopeful that acupuncture could help alleviate a post-surgical chronic, painful and debilitating hip/nerve condition that required me to eventually be unable to walk without a cane (and still be in extreme discomfort).The acupuncture and IMS treatments (including scar therapy) that Christina has been doing for me have been life changing.
