I broke my 5th metatarsal in December. My mobility was limited which grately affected the arthritis in my right hip. I was unable to do any exercises that would help it. I went to Richard today. He worked on both hips, hamstrings and calfs. It has really helped. He explains everything and also gave me an exercise for my hamstrings i would highly recommend him

Richard is absolutely amazing! I’ve been dealing with a bad pinched nerve for about a week now and after one session I feel like I can breathe and relax again without being in excruciating pain! Bonus points for giving me some stretches to practice to help keep the problem from coming back!10/10, highly recommend! I will for sure be going back!

Richard is a very knowledgeable, attentive and hospitable massage therapist. I’ve been to many but have not received as much relief as I have with him in one treatment. He used techniques that were very helpful to alleviate my knots and tension that were very effective and got right to the source of my pain! I will be back. Thank you Richard :)
