I have been a member for many years. I enjoy the easy 24hr access to the facility, the friendly staff that greets you by your name.All the modern machines are well maintained and there are practically no waiting times for the free weights to finish my workout routine. Great value for an investment in my health.
I been a regular at Sooke Health & Fitness for over eighteen years and would recommend them as your passage to better health, more energy and a higher quality of life. Over the years they have added equipment, improved things and expanded. Helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Immaculately clean and a very comfortable environment. Five stars from me!
I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Sooke health and fitness. The staff have been super friendly, and always seem available for any questions The gym has everything I was looking for in a workout (especially with me being a workout newbie) and is very clean with the equipment in great shape. I'm very happy that I've joined them and have had a great experience every time I am there, sweat and all.
