Super friendly, excellent service from Carlos Marquez. Carlos is clearly knowledgeable and was able to answer my many questions with patience and reassurance. Installation was completed quickly and my new faucet is working with no issues or concerns.
I specifically requested for Will Valdez when I called Ashton. He’s previously done maintenance repair for us in my previous apartment and provided great service. Very professional, honest and punctual and I’d request for him again if I ever need maintenance/repairs. Highly recommend.
Excellent work by Ashton! Mo from Ashton designed a system for our home: it included a new furnace and heat pump for the whole house and a separate heat pump and ceiling cassette air conditioner for the primary bedroom. (this bedroom is the last vent on the house system and is very exposed to sun). We wanted the outside units off the ground -see photos.
The crews were professional and courteous : they were focussed on the install and worked quickly and efficiently. It was a big job in a 51 year old home and some unknowns came up: they handled these smoothly and communicated well with us throughout the install.
