I went to this location for a contacts fitting. Thomas welcomed me and directed me to Sarah, who was very approachable and relatable. She was thorough in her explanations and walkthroughs, and patient. She answered all of my questions well, providing examples and tips/tricks for contact insertion and removal. She made the process very simple for a first-time contact wearer! Thomas summarized what Sarah went through and ensured I had what I needed before I left.They were awesome and made sure my experience was efficient, friendly, understandable, and easy. Will certainly return for the amazing service!

Went into the store for help with my bent glasses (my daughter-thats another story) a lady Julija helped me straighten the pair. She was fantastic and there was no sales pressure - will definitely be back!
