Five stars for CU Vision! We lost an Ortho-K lens right before an international flight. Dr. He went above and beyond, contacting the supplier immediately and rushing the order from Toronto to ensure we had it in time for our trip. He even provided backup disposables for the interim.
Lili was also wonderful, showing incredible patience while teaching my child how to handle the lenses. We are so impressed by their professional service and rare efficiency. Thank you for being so reliable when we needed it most! 🙏🙏🙏
I have been coming here for almost 2 years for my contact lenses! Hand down to one of the best contact lenses I have ever tried! It feels super light and doesn’t dehydrate my eyes at all! Super friendly environment and great customer service! They also give out contact solution for regular clients! Highly recommend
