“I was a patient at Foothills medical since I found out I was pregnant (by Dr Heer in August 2020). Dr Heer was the best. I was sad to hear he moved back to Australia (through a walk in appointment and no email/notice) however, understood reasons why as i remembered a past appointment with him sharing that he has family there. (as I am from Australia too). I was very blessed that Dr Montgomery took me and my daughter on and although I have only done phone appointments thus far, I have found him to be very calm, he listens, validates and is always happy to do an in person appointment if needed. I have been very happy with the last few appointments since August and feel it is worth leaving a positive review. I also take little weight into the poor reviews left for doctor’s offices and acknowledge how swarmed the ladies are in the desk. I always make online appointments where possible and call when I have absolutely no choice (can’t wait, need to find something for my daughter with urgency) they do take long to answer but it’s obvious; they are so busy and even when I am in office the phones don’t stop ringing. I always remind myself that they are under immense pressure and to take that little bit of extra time to be respectful and friendly to the staff.“

“Today, I had a medical emergency and Eric at front desk was amazing and so caring. After I was told only a phone appointment was available, things changed and Eric ran out to the parking lot to tell me I could see my doctor in person! Eric showed that he cared. All the times I have gone there, Eric is by far the most cheery, warm and professional front desk staff. He always has a welcoming smile and attitude. He is a great asset to this clinic.“

The receptionists are great as well! It is hard to book an appointment so I always book in advance along with my follow ups.“

“Shout out to Dr. Johanna Brouwer for being an amazing an intuitive naturopathic doctor who helped me so much and got my stomach issues sorted in no time. Thanks to my lovely children who shared some super fun GI bugs, and a bout of food poisoning I ended up with some digestive distress, sudden wiegt loss and fatigue and a bacterial overgrowth right in prime summer garden harvest season.
