Patients can expect quick turnaround times, with most procedures completed within 10 minutes, and some have been in and out in as little as 5 minutes for X-rays. I had a pretty good experience here for my 31 week
ultrasound. Front desk was kind and accomodating, I was able to book an ultrasound much earlier than medray imaging and I didn't have to wait long in the waiting room. The only thing that wasn't up to par, compared to medray imaging, was that I felt the quality of the imaging wasn't as good. If you're there just to get images for your doctor taken, I'm sure it's perfect! But if you're hoping for a special keep sake of your baby I would definitely recommend medray imaging. I was a bit concerned because of the low rating on Google Maps, but my experience turned out to be completely different. The reception team was genuinely friendly and welcoming, and the ultrasound specialist was attentive and very professional. I’m truly impressed and grateful. Don’t let the rating discourage you!
The staff and service provided to me at this location in regards to my prenatal ultrasounds was not only professional but also very detail oriented. I am very happy with how polite the technicians are here at this location and how well they treat their patients. The staff is patient and take their time without rushing through the entire experience that overall made my visits memorable. Thank you!
