I recently attended the Langley location twice for an x-ray and ultrasound. On both occasions I found the front desk staff and technicians to be extremely competent, professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend this location.

Anyone whos saying the staff here are rude/unprofessional just need their attitude checked. Be patient and kind, then maybe youll get what youre looking for when it comes to respect; You give what you get.
I came in at 2:50 on a Monday and breezed through an impromptu walk in. Even had issues with sending my e-requisition in and one of the women at the front desk was able to just take a picture for me with no fuss. Thats hard to come by these days!
Id take many of these low star reviews with a grain of salt; this is a perfectly fine walk in clinic for xrays. Though I cannot speak for those coming for an ultrasound as I didnt have one.

From the efficient, easy appointment booking process, the interactions with staff (in person at the clinic and kind, knowledgeable, real people on the phone), the instructions to drink 2.5 cups not 4 (no pain/stress this time!), the free parking, the comfortable waiting room seats in a non-crowded space with calm lighting, and the experience in the exam itself, this a very postive ultrasound experience! Thank you to Alverta and the whole team.
