Needless to say my random attempt at finding a new stylist paid off and I have no doubt I’ll be back!
Upon entering I was offered my choice of drink. Not just water. But teas, coffees like latte and such. And brought to me (and my mother who was with me to watch my baby) a hot mug of coffee each. Something so small makes all the difference when visiting a business.
I discussed the cut I wanted ahead of time with my stylist. Upon seeing my hair I expected like most salons for them to plainly agree and then just kind of try their best to replicate the look. Kat was honest after accessing my hair in person and we discussed how the cut would look, a change in bangs and overall what our goal was for the finished look.
My hair looks AMAZING. I’m thrilled to have found a new and honest salon. Beautiful atmosphere and welcoming team. Also thank you for being patient with my waiting mother and six month old in the waiting area. I know it’s not traditional, but a last minute schedule change had them tagging along and I appreciate the courtesy. We will be back and be recommending yours along to others! :)
