“I went here a year ago to get my lobes pierced for the first time! Justin is the most assuring person I have ever met. Before Justin pierced my lobes, I was very scared of needles and even the thought of them would make me nauseous and burst into tears. Very off topic but Justin showed me his studio ghibli tattoos he had on his leg (very cool) and made connections with me to make me less worried. He gave me a breathing pattern to follow and the breathing pattern worked so well! I use the breathing pattern anytime I need to get flu shots, vaccines, blood tests, etc… My experience was fast and pleasant for my first time getting a piercing, though- I did take out my piercings almost a year after because they were becoming a sensory issue for me personally. I will definitely be coming back soon for a vertical labret!“

“If I could put more than 5 stars, I would. Absolutely fantastic customer service, so friendly, and extremely knowledgable.I called this studio because a cartilage piercing that I had done a week prior in the UK was very swollen and painful. They booked me in the same day. Madison helped take out the 8mm bar and tried a 10mm bar but said that a 12mm would allow more space for the swelling since it was extremely swollen. She gave me her card and told me to keep in touch with her with the recovery process.I’m honestly so blown away by how wonderful this whole experience was. I will definitely be coming back here again!“
